We understand the time, energy, and expense it takes to travel, and we appreciate you! Below is some basic travel information.

 

  • From Route 280, take Exit 8B for Prospect Avenue/Cedar Grove (557 N). The museum is approximately five miles northeast off the highway.

    The Montclair Art Museum parking lot is just south of the main entrance roundabout.

    Free parking is available in the museum’s spacious lot for the duration of the event. All vehicles must be cleared by 1:30am. Vehicles left overnight will be subject to tow at the owner’s expense.

  • Nearest Airport: Newark (EWR)

    NJ Transit to/from NY Penn Station:
    Take the Montclair-Boonton line to Bay Street. The museum is approximately one mile from the Bay Street station.

  • There are several hotels a short distance from the museum and after-party. We won’t be holding a hotel room block at any of these properties, so you can book what fits your style & budget if you’re traveling from out of town or just intend to spend more time in Montclair!
